• Assist and advise Council of Owners in enforcement of by-laws• Arrange insurance valuations as required• Process insurance claims• Open a bank account in the name of the strata company• Maintain accounting records• Receive strata company payments• Raising, collecting and banking levies of the strata company• Invoicing, collecting, banking all monies due to the strata company• Payment of accounts payable by the strata company• Arrange for routine services for common property as required (cleaning, gardening, repairs, fire services, pest control etc)• Source quotes for non-routine services• Provision for after-hours emergency contact telephone service.
